The Hartford Soccer Club offers youth the opportunity to play soccer at several different age groups. Beginning at the U6 level and continuing through the U14 level. The rec soccer program teaches the basic fundamentals of soccer while placing the main focus on having fun, fitness, and fair play. Rec teams are limited to three hours of practice per week during the playing season. A player who consistently attends and effectively participates in practice will play at least half of the game.

Every child receives a full uniform: shirt, shorts, and socks. You will need to provide your own cleats and a soccer ball. The season will start in September 2011. Your coach should be contacting you by the end of Aug to set up practice schedules, etc. For families that are new to our organization, we will host two new family meetings, May 19th, 7pm and Aug 18th, 7pm. They will be held in the Independence shelter. This is also a time to show your child's birth certificates for proof of age. (Once shown you will never have to show them again)
